RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE
AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY BORWIG BUILDING
SERVICE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR F.Y. 1991 SIDEWALK
REPAIR BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - ZONE 2 , CONTRACT NO. 398,
AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1991
Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 2, Contract No. 398 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
