THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
DEPUTY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.

7) WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 7th day of January, 1991, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
LaVerne Droste to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "C—Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally
located along Joder Avenue, approximately 125 feet east of
Fletcher Aven4e and legally described as follows:
Lot 13 , Block 34, Hagerman Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1990.
