- RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HUDSON,
H IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 26 , 1990, for detour of traffic
south on Eldora Road to its intersection with Highway 63 for
Shaulis Road Reconstruction, M-6470( 5) --81-07, by and between the
City of Hudson, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of November, 1990.
