BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Preconstruction Agreement 86-3-039 to add
the Fereday Curve project to construction of Iowa 57 Resurfacing
Project, FN-57-2 ( 17) --21-07, by and between the Iowa Department
of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in ,behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
