• WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, filed a Rental
t(3D Rehabilitation application with the Iowa Department of
(.2' > Economic Development in the amount of $200, 000. 00, and

WHEREAS, said application has been approved by the Iowa
"C Department of Economic Development in the amount of

• $103 ,670. 00; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to execute the Grant Agreement
• by and between the City of Waterloo and the State Department
• of Economic Development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
L,1THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the Iowa Rental Rehabilitation Program
Grant No. R-90-SG-19-0112 in the amount of $103 ,670. 00 on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, and to forward said Grant
Agreement to the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of November, 1990.
