WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 10th day of December, 1990,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Scott Van Dorn to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District property generally
located at 922 Forest Avenue and legally described as follows:
Lot 3 , Block 9, Greenfield Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1990.
