0 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1.:7] That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 0a4.m. on the 10th day of December, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
portion of the platted easement located at 1922 Maynard Avenue
to John S. and Nancy J. Quail, and legally described as follows:
The easterly one ( 1) foot of the platted easement along the
westerly side of Lot 11, Spier Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1990.
