< RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
0 o r IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TOWER PARK IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 13th day of November, 1990, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary Plat of Tower Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa., was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Tower Park,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1990.
