AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Asbestos Contract C-90( I ) dated November 13 , 1990, for
asbestos inspection at 512 West Mullan, 514 West Mullan and 827
West Fourth Street, by and between Asbestos Inspection of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1990.
