'7:WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is desirous of cancelling special assessments for
sidewalk repair levied against 1127 Columbia Street for the
F.Y. 1990 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 1 ,
Contract No. 382 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following assessment
and penalties be and the same hereby cancelled and that the
Deputy Clerk/Auditor be and she is hereby directed to notify
the County Treasurer of said cancellation.
