WHEREAS the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City gall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for
the purpose ofconsidering and acting upon amendment to Ordinance
No. 2479, asi amended, Zoning Ordinance, as it pertains to
definition of Day Care and the Accessory Uses section of the
"R-1" and "R-2" One and Two Family Residence Districts, to
provide for day care services subject to a number of conditions,
a copy pf which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1990.
