-: OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR CONCRETE

REPLACEMENT AND PATIO REPAIR AT FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Architect of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Concrete
Replacement and Patio Repair at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Architect did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Concrete
Replacement and Patio Repair at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center, which were preliminarily approved on November 5, 1990 ;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
19 , 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Concrete Replacement and
Patio Repair at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1990 .
