RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOPE M. ANDERSON
,AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 19, 1990, for use of the
sanitary sewer lift station and holding tanks located at the
intersection of San Marnan Drive and Kimball Avenue, by and
between Hope M. Anderson of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1990.
