E-1 El , RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE EAST PARK ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT THE SUM OF SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED

SIXTEEN DOLLARS AND FORTY TWO CENTS ($73 , 116. 42) TO THE
E, DEBT SERVICE FUND.

WHEREAS . the City Council passed the 1990-1991 Fiscal Budget
on March 64E,1990, allocating $119, 716. 00 of East Park Avenue
Parking Dirict money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$73 , 116. 42 from the East Park Assessment District to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1990.
