HEREAS, on November 5 , 1990, at 7: 0-0 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of
,Waterloo concerning Interstate Substitution Project,
IX-6604( 2) --79-07, Sixth Street Extension - West, Salvage and
Removal, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of that project.

7 BEIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract.
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
