H n CORPORATION FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE,
O ° H t31 ORDINANCE NO. 3094.

O WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation is performing work within
the City limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction
with Relocated U.S. Highway 218, IX-218-7( 147 ) --3P-07 ; and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance to operate twenty-four hours a day, six days a week for
the period of October 29, 1990 through November 1 , 1992 as
required in conjunction with the paving of the above project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Cedar Valley
Corporation for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Control
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1990.
