HE CLEAN-UP COSTS FOR 123 JOHN STREET IN THE CITY OF

n WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of certifying unpaid clean-up costs in the amount of
$796. 68 for property located at 123 John Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
the amount of $796 . 68 for the cost of services performed by the
Public Works Department for clean-up of property located at 123
John Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1990 .
