RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUND OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
. desirous of refunding special assessments in the amount of
$214. 68 paid by the owner of property located at 214 Greenwood
Avenue for garbage services while said address was vacant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that special assessments in the amount of
$214. 68 paid by the owner of property located at 214 Greenwood
Avenue for unused garbage services be refunded and the
Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby directed to refund said special
assessments.
