- J RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
- CLERK/AUDITOR TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND
PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 372. 13 , PARAGRAPH 5 ,

WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1988 , under the
provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5, provides upon
order of the Council that all records and papers, other than
proceedings, ordinances, and instruments having to do with
-Teal estate and bond issues, may be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is desirous of destroying certain records and papers
under the provisions of Chapter 372. 13 , Paragraph 5 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to destroy the following records as provided under
the provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5:
1. Paid Parking Tickets for 1976 - 1977
2. Time Cards for January - April 1984; April - August
1984 ; August - December 1984 ; January - February
1985 ; April - May 1985
3 . Claims for July 15, 1985 to August 22 , 1985 ; April
24 , 1985 to June 1 , 1985 ; June 10, 1985 to July
15, 1985
4 . Finance Committee folders from 1980 through 1983 ,
inclusive
5. Paid Ambulance bills for 1985 through 1986, A-K
6. Paid Ambulance bills for 1985 through 1986 , K-Z
7 . Paid Ambulance bills for 1980 through 1983
8. Beer & Liquor Receipts and Cigarette Licenses for
F.Y. 1983
9. Paid receipts for 1985 through 1986
10. Paid receipts for 1984 through 1985
11. Paid receipts for 198.2 through 1983
12 . Dog and Cat Licenses for 1979
13 . Beer & Liquor Licenses for 1983 through 1985
14. Beer and Liquor Licenses and Cigarette Applications
for 1984 through 1985
15. Beer and Liquor Licenses for 1978 through 1980
