? BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows: ' H

Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 13th day of November, 1990 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey property located at the corner of West 8th Street and
Bluff Street, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and legally described as follows:
A parcel of land located in part of Lot 6 , Block 45 of the
original plat on the west side of the Cedar River in the
'City of Waterloo, Iowa beginning at the westerly most corner
of said Lot 6 ; thence S 49°14 ' E. , 8 . 5 ft. , along the
westerly line of said Lot 6 ; thence northwesterly 8 . 6 ft. ,
along a 686 . 6 ft . radius curve concave northeasterly and
having a chord bearing N 40°301 ' W 8 . 6 ft. ; thence S 40°231 '
W 1. 3 ft. , along the northerly line of said Lot 6 to the
Point of Beginning, containing 5 sq. ft. , more or less, all
in thtity of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
for $1. 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November , 1990 .
