Hi er,., "V OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR CONCRETE
REPLACEMENT AND PATIO REPAIR AT FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER.
' WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Architect to prepare and file specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the construction of
the Concrete Replacement and Patio Repair at Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Architect has filed said specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1990.
