WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous to forgive the first year of assessment in the amount of
$126. 00 for African American Historical Association , 902 Logan
Avenue, for the F.Y. 1990 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program -
Zone 1, Contract No. 382 , as certified to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer on the 3rd day of October, 1990 .
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby 'instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that
the first year installment payment, including any penalties and
interest, in the amount of $126 . 00, for African American
Historical Association, 902 Logan Avenue, for the F.Y. 1990
Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 1, Contract No. 382 , be
forgiven.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1990.
