c WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo Street Department has
:furnished certain materials and performed labor in connection
with the F.Y. 1991 Oiling Program, Contract No. 391, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
