N ElriOF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR CEDAR
o 0RIVER/EXCHANGE PARK BOAT RAMP RECONSTRUCTION.
• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Parks and Forestry of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Cedar River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp Reconstruction;and
WHEREAS, said Director of Parks and Forestry did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Cedar
River/Exchange Park Boat Ramp Reconstruction, which were
preliminarily approved on September 17, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
8, 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Cedar River/Exchange Park
Boat Ramp Reconstruction, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day o October, 1990.
