--' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 5th day of November, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the application of Bertch
Cabinet to vacate a portion of the platted utility easement
generally located in Tracts H and J in Cedar Crest Addition and
legally described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Tract H, Cedar Crest,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, thence N 00°0000" E
along the West line of said Tract H a distance of 41 . 40 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S 89°00 ' 00" W a distance
of 10. 00 feet; thence N 00°00 ' 00" E distance of 19. 16 feet;
thence S 80°13 ' 30" E a distance of 91 . 34 feet; thence S
00°00 ' 00" W a distance of 2 . 00 feet; thence S 89°0000" W a
distance of 80. 00 feet to the point of beginning, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1990.
