-- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated October 15, 1990, for Greenhill
Road Praject, Phase Il, IX-6560( 4) --79-07, by and between WestNarc
Cable Z110. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and-7, the sante is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PAS4ED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1990.
