H - PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City
of WaterloO4 Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 5th day of November, 1990, for
the purpdse of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost tor the Sixth
Street Extension - West, Salvage and Removal, IX-6604( 2)--79-07, in
the City of Waterloo.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby
directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED-AIW ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1990.
