Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 5th day of November, 1990, for
the purpcipe of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specificatio4, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Sixth Street 'Extension (West) , 1X-6604( 3) --79-07, in the City of
Waterloo.

Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby
directed to ' publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the. Waterloo Courier.
