: RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE

H GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF DIXIE SMITH TO REZONE FROM

ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO
— "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 2420 KAISER COURT, AS OCTOBER 15, 1990, AT
7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 1990 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Dixie Smith to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residential
District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally
located at 2420 Kaiser Court and legally described as follows:
South 125 feet of Lot 1, Croskey McIntee Court, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
