WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1991
Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 2, Contract No. 396 , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1990 .
