WHEREAS,-- fl
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 1990 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Petcor N.A. Corporation to rezone from "C-2" Commercial District
to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally located
along the private extension of K-Line Drive, south of U.S.
Highway 20 and east of U.S. Highway 63 and legally described as
follows:

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 7 , Township 88 North, Range 13 West
of the Fifth P.M. , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
bounded as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the said
Northeast Quarter ; thence south 256 .5 feet along the
West Line of said Northeast Quarter; thence South
53°48' 45" East 370 .7 feet to a point which is 300 feet
East of the West Line of said Northeast Quarter and 260
feet South of the south right of way of Iowa State
Highway No. 412; thence North 79°48' 30" East 398 . 83
feet to the point of beginning; thence South 11°12' 15"
East 329 . 65 feet; thence North 78°47 ' 45" East 469 .98
feet; thence along a 1,112 . 83 ft. radius curve, concave
Southeasterly, for 180.12 feet; thence North 02°07 ' 23"
West 288.13 feet to the South right of way of Primary
Highway No. U .S. 20; thence North 81°2300" West 147 . 00
feet along said South right of way line; thence South
79°48' 30" West 556 .70 feet to the point of beginning,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
