BET RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Agreement No. 91-16-013 dated September 17, 1990, to
design, let, construct and inspect a subdrain construction for
Relocated U.S. Highway 218 , F-21-6- ( 5) --20-07 , by and between
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
