WHEREAS, City of Waterloo Traffic Operations Department of
Waterloo, Iowa, has furnished certain materials and performed
labor in connection with Traffic Signal Improvements, Highway
U.S. 63 and Fletcher Avenue, UST-63-6( 54) , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE ITR2SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that 'the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1990 .
