WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
is desirous of cancelling special assessments for
ccp, wage - disposal and garbage services levied against 626

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following assessments
and penalties be and the same hereby cancelled and that the
Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby directed to notify the
