O h-i - AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Predesign Agreement 90-A-149 dated September
10 , 1990, for additional storm and sanitary sewers in conjunction
with Relocated U.S. Highway 218 Project, IX-218-7( 78, 108,
132 ) --3P-07, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 1990 .
