BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Predesign Agreement 90-A-189 dated September
10, 1990, for construction of Bikepath along U.S. Highway 218
Project and construction of Relocated Westfield Avenue and Falls
Avenue in conjunction with Relocated U.S. 218,
IX-218-,7i63)77,3,P-07, by and between Iowa Department of
Transpprtationtand the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
herebY- approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behaltof the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 1990.
