F-itri RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF DEMOLITION CONTRACT E-90(D)
TO LEHMAN TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
rThH iF OR SIXTH STREET EXTENSION, IX-6604 ( 2) --79-07, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,700 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That t1Te bid of Lehman Trucking and Excavating of Waterloo,
Iowa, in tie amount of $10 ,700 . 00 , for Demolition Contract
E-90(D) conjunction with Sixth Street Extension,
IX-6.604( -79-07 , described in the plans and specifications
heretofordThadopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on. published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute
Demolition Contract E-90(D) with the said contractor in
conjuntioi with the Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07 ,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 1990 .
