• RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Indemnity Agreement dated September 4, 1990, for use of

thp) Mitchell Avenue sandpits on an as-needed basis for the
purposp of training and/or property retrieval, by and between the
Cedar Valley Underwater Search & Recovery Unit, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authoized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa. 2-. - -
