BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program--Zone 2 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 4th day
of September, 1990, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Co. of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
