0) WHEREAS, Park Lane Construction & Development Corporation of
Amherst, New York, has under contract with the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, furnished certain materials and performed labor in
connection with F.Y. 1990 Salt Storage Building, Contract No.
381, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1990.
