EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.cr,
-, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Predesign Agreement 79-P-006 dated September 4, 1990, to
construct or upgrade storm sewer within the Relocated U.S. 218
corridor, on Relocated Rainbow Drive, Relocated Ansborough Avenue
and Relocated Cleveland Street for Relocated U.S. Highway 218 ,
IX-2187 ( 147) --3P-07, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1990 .
