RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR MUNICIPAL
STADIUM CLUBHOUSE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Director
of Parks and Forestry, to prepare and file specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the Municipal Stadium Clubhouse Facility, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Forestry has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 1990 .
