n 7- -<, RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM HjOF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR F.Y. 1991
SIDEWALK REPAIR BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM--ZONE 2, CONTRACT

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
1991 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program--Zone 2, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 398 ; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1991
Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program--Zone 2 , known as Contract
No. 398, which were preliminarily approved on August 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
27 , 1990 , and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Repair
Block Grant Program--Zone 2, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known
as Contract No. 398, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 1990.
