, „NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, , at 7: 00 p.m. on the 10th day of September, 1990, for the
purpose: of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey a portion of unimproved Eola Street, Hutchman Avenue
and the portion of Creston Avenue between Osage Avenue and
Dubuque Road owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Phillip
Hamilton, and legally described as follows:
All that part of Eola Street right-of-way ( 50 feet) from
Hutchman Avenue to Dubuque Road in Auditor Rainbow' s Plat of
Maywood Second Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $1,325. 00, plus costs;
and also
All that part of Hutchman Avenue right-of-way ( 50 feet)
from Osage Avenue to Dubuque Road in Auditor Rainbow' s
Plat of Maywood Second Addition in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $1, 189 . 38, plus costs;
and also
All that part of Creston Avenue right-of-way ( 50 feet)
from Osage Avenue to Dubuque Road in Auditor Rainbow' s
Plat of Maywood Second Addition in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $750 . 00, plus costs.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990 .
