WHEREAS, on this 20th day of August, 1990, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
preliminary plat of Pine Hill Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Ithia, was presented for approval; and

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and fjas been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
ProgrOpitm and Zoning Commission; and

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
shou14r:pdive approval of this Council.
NoW, HiTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF_WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Pine Hill
Additioraterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approV44- and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, :Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
