DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within State Highway Right
of Way, dated August 20, 1990, to allow the City to enter State
property south of Ridgeway Avenue between West Fourth Street and
U.S. Highway 63 to complete proposed backslope subdrain
construction for the West Ridgeway Avenue Reconstruction Project,
Contract No. 383 , by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990.
