o E' NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND DIRECTING
tN EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release Deed dated August 20, 1990, for property
generally located in the 100 Block of East Sixth Street, by and
between the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990.
