BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:

Section i. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 4th day of September, 1990,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 1991 Big Rock Road Paving, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 395 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Water Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990 .
