(2) WHEREAS, Koehring Machinery Center is installing
7 sanitary sewer running east and west along the south side of
the paved road on Big Rock Road, and

WHEREAS, the City has requested that Koehring
Nachinery Center further extend said sanitary sewer to the
west across the entire property frontage of the facility to
provide convenient access to the city sewer service for
future industrial expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that additional reimbursement to
Koehring Machinery Center in the amount of $2, 500. 00 to
further extend the sanitary sewer west across the entire
propeFty frontage on Big Rock Road, be and the same hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990 .
