a) F- WHEREAS, Nadine Thornton and Bill Levis, has proposed

that th% Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
request for temporary placement of signs on City
right-of-way generally located on West Park and Jefferson
Street (near Brown & Dieckman) , Washington Street and Park
Avenlie ( former location of the Music Corner with
authorization to move sign across the street toward John
m Deere at such time as the existing location is no longer
feas414) , and West Fourth and Jefferson Street, be and the
sarne isr hereby approved.

• " - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Nadine Thornton and Bill
Levis hold the City of Waterloo harmless from any and all
situatittns that may be created due to the placement of signs
on City'right-of-way
